1. Replacements Only

Products are eligible for replacement only if:

The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A replacement request is raised within 168 hours of delivery.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If cancelled in time, the full amount (including delivery charges) will be reversed to the original payment method.
3. Conditions for Replacement

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.
4. Shipping for Replacement

Customers may be required to ship the item back to us, depending on the case.

If the replacement is approved, the cost of re-shipping the replacement item will be borne by Giflo.in.
5. Exceptions

Products purchased under special offers (such as the “Gifts” or “House Gift” categories) are subject to their specific promotional terms and conditions.
