Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

1. Replacements Only

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Products are eligible for replacement only if:

    • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • A replacement request is raised within 168 hours of delivery.

  • To request a replacement, please contact us at +91-9598808808 with your order details and supporting images.


2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If cancelled in time, the full amount (including delivery charges) will be reversed to the original payment method.


3. Conditions for Replacement

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.


4. Shipping for Replacement

  • Customers may be required to ship the item back to us, depending on the case.

  • If the replacement is approved, the cost of re-shipping the replacement item will be borne by Giflo.in.


5. Exceptions

  • Products purchased under special offers (such as the “Gifts” or “House Gift” categories) are subject to their specific promotional terms and conditions.
